Application Fee Payment Method

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have a Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university in India or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank as on 30-04-2025.
• Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, and understanding one of the specified local languages of the applied Circle.

Salary

• The starting basic pay for Circle Based Officer is Rs. 48,480/- in the scale of Rs. 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920 (Junior Management Grade Scale-I) plus 2 advance increments for candidates with 2 years or more experience.
• Additional benefits include D.A., H.R.A/Lease rental, C.C.A., PF, Contributory Pension Fund (NPS), LFC, Medical Facility, and other allowances as per SBI rules.

Selection Basis

• Candidates will be selected based on an Online Test (Objective and Descriptive), Screening of Applications, Interview, and Local Language Proficiency Test.
• The online test consists of 120 marks (Objective) and 50 marks (Descriptive), with no negative marking.
• The interview carries 50 marks, and the final merit list is based on a 75:25 weightage of Online Test and Interview marks.
